Registration Policies

Registration is on a first come first serve basis. You must register and pay in advance to be officially registered for the class. Once our classes have reached maximum capacity you will be able to be put on a wait list. We offer 1, 2, and 3 day workshops with early bird registration discounts. We refuse the right of service to anyone if we deem the person is not suitable for the classroom environment or is currently in active investigation under the board in which they are licensed.

Cancellation Policies and Medical concerns

It takes a tremendous amount of energy and resources to put on a weekend workshop. We require a minimum of 14 days advanced notice to cancel a workshop registration order to receive a 90% refund. We take out the 10% for processing fees that we get charged on our end. Our 14 day cancellation policy allows our wait listed students a chance to register in time for the workshop. We appreciate your understanding with this policy. If within 14 days of the class and you must cancel due to an emergency, inclement weather, or another justified situation we can offer you a credit for an upcoming class within an 18 month period of the class you canceled. We are empathetic to your situation and we are always here to listen and help. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a workshop registration so we can work with you.

If you have a medical concern that can hinder you from giving or receiving cupping/Gua Sha please notify your instructor at the start of class so we can best accommodate you. If you are in need of any additional services or assistance for lecture and/or hands-on please notify the instructor so we can best accommodate you and make the workshop and enjoyable end educational experience for you.

Participation/check-in

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes early for the class in order to sign and be prepared to ready to go at the beginning of class. We spend the first 30 minutes of class going over the structure of the day and getting to know each other so it is imperative that you are there to participate. A fun and engaged learning environment is the best form of learning. We encourage active participation throughout the class so please bring questions and experiences to share during class. The afternoon portion of the class is all hands-on so we will expect you to give and receive cupping treatments. If you are unable to participate in this please inform the instructors immediately.
